Straight talk
Will you actually arrive at the agreed time?
Yes. Every single time so far — and I’m not about to ruin that record.
What if it can’t be fixed?
I’ll tell you straight and I won’t charge for the hour. It happens about once a month — and I don’t leave until you know what to do next.
Do you bring your own tools?
A full van of them. From you I need a problem and a power socket.
Do you do renovations too?
No. But I know trusted crews and I’ll happily recommend them. Free of charge.
Does it work on weekends too?
By arrangement, yes, with a 50% surcharge. A burst hose doesn’t keep office hours.
