Privacy policy

Who is the controller

Controller: Pavel Alexejevič Protopopov, company ID 87850869, Klapálkova 3365/27, 106 00 Prague 10, Czechia. Phone +420 608 818 810, e-mail pavel@protoman.cz. He is a sole trader — no data-protection officer is appointed.

What I process and why

• Enquiry form: name, phone, e-mail, job description, area (Prague 11 / rest of Prague / outside Prague) and site language — so I can reply, book a slot and do the work.
• Confirmation e-mail: the same data, so you know the request went through.
• Calls or e-mail outside the form: whatever you tell me.
• A completed job: data needed for the work and for accounts (invoices, tax records).
• Running the site: IP address in technical logs (spam and rate limits on the form).
• Traffic measurement: only after consent — see cookies.

No newsletter, no marketing list. I do not sell enquiry data.

Legal bases

• Enquiry and arranging the job: steps prior to a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b).
• Accounts for a completed job: legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c).
• Protecting the form (rate limit, honeypot): legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f).
• Google Analytics: consent, Art. 6(1)(a). You can withdraw it any time — it does not affect the enquiry.

Who can see the data

• Me — Pavel.
• The hosting and mailbox provider (SiteGround, mail.protoman.cz) — only to run the site and mail.
• Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC — only if you consent to Analytics.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — only if Turnstile is enabled on the form (bot check).

I do not pass data to other traders.

How long I keep it

• Enquiry with no job: until handled, then at most 24 months (so I know what you asked if you come back).
• Completed job: as required by accounting and tax law, typically 10 years.
• Analytics: according to Google Analytics settings, at most 14 months.
• Cookie-choice record: until you change it or clear it in the browser.

Your rights

You can access, correct or erase your data, restrict processing, receive a copy, object to legitimate-interest processing, and withdraw Analytics consent. E-mail pavel@protoman.cz or call. You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).

There is no automated decision-making with legal effects. The form only e-mails the request to me.

Transfers outside the EU

If you consent to Google Analytics, visit data may be processed in the United States. Google participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Without consent, nothing is sent to Google.
